Sinéad
Sinéad is a passionate Occupational Therapist, with over a decade’s experience working with children, their families and their schools and kindergartens.
Sinéad has a strong love of learning and has undertaken further study in development and play, with a Graduate Diploma in Therapeutic Child Play and is currently undertaking her Graduate Certificate in Child and Youth Mental Health. Sinéad is frequently engaging in further professional development to ensure she is up to date with best practice.
Sinéad believes in building together.
Georgia
Georgia is a General Psychologist with a Master of Educational and Developmental Psychology. She has experience supporting the mental health and wellbeing of children, adolescents, and their families across both mainstream and specialist education settings and within private practice. Georgia is passionate about working with young people directly and also those around the young person such as families and educators.
Georgia is especially passionate about helping neurodivergent young people, including those with ADHD and autism, as well as those who have experienced trauma. She believes that every young person deserves to feel understood, valued, and have their strengths highlighted.
Georgia utilises a range of therapeutic modalities and techniques which are tailored to the unique needs of the young person. She draws on a range of evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Georgia enjoys bringing humour and playfulness into sessions and she works from a person-centred approach, striving to create a warm and collaborative space where young people can feel safe to be themselves, grow, and thrive.
